1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BTB Trade ("the Service"), operated by BTB Trading by Arthur Ndie ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.

2. Description of Service

BTB Trade is an algorithmic signal-generation platform that analyzes financial markets and produces trading suggestions ("Signals"). The Service includes:

• Automated technical analysis across multiple trading pairs and timeframes
• Signal delivery via web dashboard and Telegram
• Position sizing calculators and risk management tools
• Trade journaling and performance analytics
• Optional integration with third-party trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader 5)

Signals are informational only. You are solely responsible for the decision to execute any trade.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must register an account with accurate information. You agree to:

• Provide truthful, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and credentials
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We limit account creation to two accounts per IP address to prevent abuse. Banned users may not create new accounts.

4. Risk Disclosure

By using BTB Trade, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Past performance of signals does not guarantee future results
• Signal accuracy percentages are estimates based on backtests, not promises
• Leveraged trading amplifies both potential gains and losses
• You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose
• You should consider seeking independent professional financial advice

5. No Financial Advice

BTB Trade does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Signals are generated by algorithms and represent technical analysis output, not personalized recommendations.

We are not a registered broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner in any jurisdiction. You should consult licensed professionals before making financial decisions.

6. Fees and Subscriptions

BTB Trade is currently in beta and offered free of charge. When we exit beta, the following pricing tiers will apply:

• Free — Limited features (5 signals/day, 3 pairs, H1 timeframe only)
• Basic — $5/month, full features
• Lifetime — $149 one-time payment, all features forever

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied, request a refund within 14 days of payment by emailing [email protected].

No refunds are provided for renewals after the initial period or for the Lifetime plan after 14 days.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share signals with non-subscribers
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service for illegal purposes or to harm others
• Abuse the API or attempt to circumvent rate limits
• Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
• Use automated scraping tools without our written permission

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, designs, logos, content, and materials of BTB Trade are the exclusive property of BTB Trading by Arthur Ndie and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial trading purposes only. No other rights are granted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BTB Trading by Arthur Ndie shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses from acting on Signals
• Missed opportunities from Service unavailability
• Data loss, system errors, or third-party platform failures
• Inaccurate, delayed, or missing signal delivery

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. Closure does not entitle you to a refund of unused subscription time except as provided in the Refund Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Yaoundé, Cameroon, having exclusive jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to change the governing jurisdiction with 60 days' notice to users.
